Dave Brown
Dave is Principal and co-Owner of dpM Partners. With over forty years of construction and architectural experience, he is an expert in hotel projects of any size, from ground-up construction to redesign and renovation work. Mr. Brown previously served as Director of Special Projects and Technical Services in the Architecure and Construction Division of Marriott International, Inc., and managed a hospitality consulting company.
Paul Gladd
Paul is Principal and co-Owner of dpM Partners and has nearly thirty years of experience in the hospitality industry, with extensive work in mergers, acquisitions, development, asset management and accounting for hotel properties. Additionally, Mr. Gladd is a principal in a hotel development entity created for the purpose of developing and asset managing upper tier select-service and upscale full-service hotels under major brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Starwood and Hyatt.
